By this mean I would like to explain the set of unfortunate circumstances that have made me fell behind making my mortgage payments on my property. I have exhausted all possible avenues in order to find a solution to my financial crisis however until the present time I have not been successful. All my saving have be gone.

My hardship began on or about the beginning of January of 2010 when I was lay off from my employment due to the low production on my job. I was sent to collect unemployment benefits however the income that I was receiving was not enough to cover my living expenses and make my mortgage payments. But this was just the beginning on my odyssey. My tenant, who always pay her rents on time lose her job on or about March of 2010 and she was not able to pay me the rent. After three months of this situation she move out of the apartment and it took me more than three months in order to rent the apartment again, since it needed to be repair and I did not have the funds to do that. Just when I thought that my situation will improve, my wife that worked part time was layoff from her job on or about May of 2010 because they closed the company where she was working. Her unemployment income was not enough to compensate for our basic living expenses. We have three children that require of our support and care.

Immediately I was given layoff from my Job I started to look for employment everywhere however I could not secure one until January of 2011. My wife went back to work on or about November of 2010. These have been the reasons why I fell behind making my mortgage payments. Now things are getting better economically for us.

This house if the patrimony of my children, I am scare that my family will be force to be out on the street after all the sacrifice and hard work that we have done in order to obtain this house. I kindly ask you to consider my case and that you provide me and my family with the opportunity of keeping our home.
